The Gems

 The Gems, a Swedish rock trio formed in early 2023, consist of former Thundermother
members Guernica Mancini (vocals), Emlee Johansson (drums), and Mona "DeMona" 
Lindgren (guitar/bass). Their debut album "Phoenix" was released on January 26, 2024, 
on Napalm Records. The album features a blend of classic rock influences with modern 
production and visuals, aiming to revitalize the genre.Prior to forming The Gems, the 
trio toured with bands like the Scorpions and performed at major international festivals 
such as Wacken Open Air, Sweden Rock Festival, and Alcatraz Open Air. Their 
experience and dedication have established them as a formidable presence in the rock 
scene.
The Gems' mission is to evolve the music they love by combining classic rock elements 
with modern production techniques and futuristic visuals. Their debut single "Like a 
Phoenix" released in the summer of 2023, reached No. 2 on the German Rock Radio 
Airplay Charts, showcasing their potential and resonating with rock fans worldwide. 
Following the album's release, The Gems embarked on a European tour, further 
solidifying their reputation as rising stars in the classic rock scene. Their commitment to 
hard work and innovation continues to drive their success and influence in the music 
industry.
